I took part in an Ariel Yoga session with Lynda in summertime of last year & from start to finish I was absolutely mesmerised. The atmosphere on entry was calming & relaxed with subtle background music which I absolutely loved! Lynda’s knowledge and expertise during my session was second to none, we did a thorough warm up and cool down incorporating all parts of the body & mind, expertly guided by Lynda. I felt so relaxed and safe in the silks with Lynda’s guidance. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated immediately after my session and I would absolutely love to try Ariel Yoga again! Thank you Lynda!

I didn’t have any prior experience of silks and had only done pole lessons in the past. I originally thought that those skills I had learnt through pole, would be transferable. The reality is that my strength was transferable (but that would be transferable in most sports) and everything else, I had to learn from scratch. You don’t actually need any experience to learn silks. Recognition where recognition is due, Lynda has been my teacher, agony aunt, friend and everything in between over the last year. She is fabulous and for that, thank you!

My 1:1 aerial yoga sessions with Lynda have been so helpful to me whilst I have been going through a very difficult time. As a complete novice to aerial yoga I wasn't quite sure what to expect, however Lynda has guided me with kindness and expertise. Within a couple of sessions I could feel my strength, flexibilty and balance improving. I could also feel my mind calming and settling, very much helped by Lynda's understanding and compassion. Lynda is a lovely positive person and a great teacher. I'm looking forward to seeing how my technique, strength and flexibilty improve in the coming months.

Lynda is a great teacher and she has helped me so much for the five years I have been doing this. I love doing this so much and Lynda makes it even more fun and I always look forward to our lessons. She explains things very well and is always thinking of ways she can put it so that I understand , and comes up with methods so that i can remember it in the future. She makes the lessons fun but she also challenges me by doing things im not yet confident with but she is always there when I need help or to be supported. Thankyou so much for everything Lynda and I don't know where I would be today without you.

I’ve been training privately with Lynda for just over a year and have gained so much confidence and physical strength at the same time, Lynda is such s positive, upbeat person who pushes me to do better, emotionally and physically! Always so much fun and laughs during classes! 100% recommend, wouldn’t be with out the classes or Lynda

My daughter has been attending lessons with Lynda for a while now and she absolutely loves it. Lynda makes everyone feel at ease, is super friendly and boosts everyone’s confidence. She always makes her feel safe when trying new moves/positions. Lynda encourages her to push herself to complete moves by demonstrating and giving clear instructions. My daughter has learnt so much from Lynda and it keeps her very fit and strong. I have also had a couple of lessons of yoga with Lynda and came out feeling very relaxed.
